The costs of these will be recovered with (1) increased taxes from the rejuevenat and (2) The savings of social program costs by having people working and not relying on unemployment benefits, food stamps, medicaid, charity assistance and section 8 costs. (2) Equal funding for schools by eliminating property taxes as the sole method. |
